Our clinical improvement projects and patient support programmes are designed to help GP practices improve patient outcomes across different therapeutic areas.

About the Role
As a Screen Clinical Pharmacist, you will step into a world where innovation meets compassion, working at the forefront of patient-centred care. We hope to challenge, empower and inspire you as you utilise your clinical skills to optimise patient care and medication therapies, collaborate with primary care teams, and highlight the benefit of third party support in General Practice.

Qualifications and desirable criteria
GpHC registration
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points

The successful candidate must be open and willing to develop, be hard working and take pride in delivering excellence. They will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously while developing rapport with a range of Primary Care teams.
