Job Description - Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - AWS + Linux
Hybrid Working, Bristol
£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Great Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain cloud (AWS) and on-prem solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and optimisation.
Contribute to technology evaluation, re-engineering and strategy development for Cloud adoption.
Address business challenges, prioritise issues, and support service quality for high availability environments.
System tuning, hardware upgrades, and workload automation, ensuring resource optimisation

Proven experience with AWS and Linux– this is essential.

A background in IT, system admin, IT Support, Infrastructure role or similar would make a great fit for this role
Proven experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS (VPC, EC2, RDS, IAM, EKS).
Great knowledge of knowledge of Linux systems, networking, storage, and cloud infrastructure design for various scale applications.

Location: The role is hybrid and while they are very flexible, there is an expectation to come into the office for team days / when needed. Unfortunately, this role does not offer sponsorship.
