What You'll Be Doing:

* Technical Support & Troubleshooting - Provide expert 1st & 2nd line support (with some 3rd line exposure), ensuring seamless IT operations across multiple sites.
* Microsoft & Azure Administration - Configure, support, and maintain Microsoft Server environments, Hyper-V, Office 365, and Azure Stack HCI.
* Infrastructure & Networking - Work with Azure networking, Azure Defender, and Azure Policy while supporting SQL configurations and Data Warehousing solutions.
* On-Site & Remote Support - Be the go-to technical resource, engaging with users at all levels, from graduate hires to senior directors.
* Collaboration & Innovation - Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient IT support, solution design, and implementation.
* Continuous Learning - Stay ahead of the curve with cutting-edge technologies, including SAAS apps, Kubernetes (AKS), Dell storage, and VDI solutions.

What We're Looking For:

? 5+ years of experience in IT support roles
? Strong expertise in Microsoft Server admin, Office 365, and Azure
? Hands-on experience with Hyper-V and Azure Stack HCI
? Knowledge of SQL, SAAS apps, Azure networking, and Data Warehousing solutions
? Excellent communication skills - ability to engage with users at all levels
? A problem-solving mindset with a passion for IT support
? Willingness to travel to multiple sites and provide on-site assistance when needed
