We're recruiting for a Cluster Events and Sales Manager opportunity based in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a 12-month maternity cover position, perfect for an experienced hospitality professional looking to take the next step within a busy 4-star hotel environment, where you'll play a key role in driving events & sales performance across the two properties.

As Cluster Events and Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the commercial success of the business through effective events & sales management, including:

Managing M&E and group booking enquiries to maximise revenue
Supporting pricing and selling strategies for rooms and meeting spaces
Conducting site inspections and hotel show rounds
Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and business planning
Managing enquiries from initial contact through to handover
Completing post-event follow-ups and customer feedback reviews
Monitoring competitor activity and market trends
Ensuring reservations and event processes are completed accurately
Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partnersWhat we're looking for:

Previous experience within a hotel sales or events role
Strong understanding of reservations, meetings, and group business
Experience using Delphi, Protel, or similar systems
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
