The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of HR across the cluster, including:
Employee relations and HR advice
Recruitment and safer recruitment processes
Compliance and policy implementation
Payroll liaison
HR reporting and workforce planning
Supporting school leaders with people management
Driving HR initiatives and continuous improvement
Applicants should have previous HR leadership experience, excellent employment law knowledge, and the confidence to advise senior leaders across multiple schools.
Experience within education would be advantageous, although strong HR professionals from other sectors with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
£47,307–£52,500 per annum
