We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Cluster Maintenance Manager initially based at the excellent Clayton Hotel London Wall
We are looking for a talented individual with experience in facilities within the hospitality industry.

Objective of the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Cluster Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Maintenance role in two London based Hotels. Is responsible for overseeing all repair and upkeep of hotel facilities, property and grounds by demonstrating excellent team leadership abilities as well as the initiative required to multi task and prioritise over two properties.
Main duties, but not limited to:
Determine if Projects and Preventative Maintenance work should be done internally or through external contractors and schedule accordingly.• Tender, schedule and manage service contracts on all plant and equipment in accordance with best practice and manufacturer's recommendations.
Lead a daily schedule for the hotel maintenance team in response to guest feedback, general hotel requirements from the General Manager and department requests in accordance with the preventative maintenance plan.
Maintain a supply of inventory necessary for optimal operating efficiency by initiating purchasing orders for maintenance supplies, machinery, equipment, parts and services as required.
Achieve the best price and suitability of product by appropriately selecting from available contractors and suppliers and review and approve all invoices in advance of payment.
Attend weekly and monthly management meetings and empower the hotel maintenance team to liaise Department heads on a daily basis
Manage energy usage so as to reduce costs and consumption annually.
Supervise the upkeep of the guest bedrooms and all public areas to the highest standards
Supervise the upkeep of the external building, signage, roadways, lighting, drainage, access, planting etc
Ability to be flexible with your weekly schedule over two properties The ideal candidate will have: • A minimum of 3 years experience in a Maintenance Management role in another 4* Hotel
Good all round general maintenance skills e.g, Electrics, plumbing, painting, carpentry, etc
An eye for detail and the ability to effectively deal with all maintenance issues
Flexibility and adaptability on timing with good organisation skills
Team management, leadership, motivation, delegation, communication skills
Excellent IT skills
Health and Safety Qualifications
Role to be London based and clustered with an existing Dalata hotel in the London region
