Cluster Manager - Multi-Site Hospitality

Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a talent for driving performance? We’re looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee operations across up to three successful sites within our client's portfolio.

In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of each location, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding customer experience, and strong commercial results.

Cluster Manager - What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage daily operations across your cluster of sites

• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

• Control costs, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for growth

• Report on site performance and contribute to regional strategic planning

• Build, inspire, and develop a motivated, high-performing team

• Represent and champion the brand values in everything you do
