Job Description - Cluster Revenue Manager

Based in Madrid, Spain, our global hotel client seeks a strategic individual to join them as a Cluster Revenue Manager, on a permanent basis.

This job would suit a commercially focused revenue professional to be responsible for optimising pricing, inventory, and revenue strategy across a cluster of hotels, with the aim of maximising total revenue performance and market share.

This international hospitality group is one of the world's leading hotel brands, operating in over 95 countries with a portfolio of more than 1,400 hotels. Known for their high-performing commercial teams and strong brand culture, they offer long-term progression in a collaborative and growth-driven environment.

The successful individual will have at least 3 years' experience in revenue management, pricing, or distribution. You'll be fluent in English and confident working with revenue systems such as IDeaS, Duetto, PMS, GDS, or channel managers. A bachelor's or master's degree in business, hospitality, or finance is essential. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills are key.

Job responsibilities:

  • Analyse market dynamics and competitor pricing to drive revenue and RevPAR growth
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and budgeting across all hotels in the assigned cluster
  • Optimise pricing and inventory management across all market segments and revenue streams
  • Use RMS and hotel tech systems to monitor performance and make informed decisions
  • Collaborate with hotel operations, sales, and marketing to ensure aligned commercial goals
  • Monitor and improve RevPAR and RGI market penetration across the cluster
  • Extract and analyse performance data to support strategic decision-making
  • Embrace and implement new systems and tools to enhance efficiency and output
  • Ensure total revenue optimisation, including rooms and all revenue-generating departments
  • Work closely with area and corporate stakeholders to maintain consistency and best practice
  • Balance strategic long-term planning with short-term pricing and volume adjustments
  • Build trust and influence across operational and senior stakeholders within the business
  • Support the development of new processes and tools to drive commercial performance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems, market trends, and distribution best practices
  • Ensure high levels of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail in all reporting and outputs
