Job Description - Cluster Team Manager

Are you a dynamic and experienced Cluster Team Manager looking for a new challenge? We're hiring on behalf of our client, a leading provider of support for adults with learning disabilities. They're in need of two Cluster Team Managers to drive their service in Liverpool.

This role offers a competitive salary between £28,000 and £32,000 per annum, dependent on your experience. As an added bonus, you'll receive a welcome bonus of £500! Moreover, you'll be working in a service that has a GOOD rating with the CQC and utilises zero hours of agency work, indicating a strong and committed team.

As a Cluster Team Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Direct supervision and line management of a team of Support Workers
Monitoring, maintaining, and providing the highest standards of support and service delivery
Acting as a role model, promoting and leading good practice
Supporting the Registered Area Manager to coach, support and manage staff teams effectively
Participating in an on-call rota and working shifts on a rota basis, including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays

The ideal Cluster Team Manager will:

Have experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
Have experience with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans
Have good IT skills and experience of maintaining records
Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or an acceptable equivalent), OR, can achieve this within 18 months of appointment
If you've previously held roles such as Support Team Manager, Care Team Leader, Support Services Manager, Care Manager, or Learning Disabilities Team Manager, this position could be a perfect fit for you.
