Job Description

Role: CMI Tutor – Leadership & Management
Working Model: Remote, UK-wide (occasional London travel)

Contract: Full-Time

At Reed Learning, we believe in the power of learning to transform careers. We’re looking for a CMI Tutor in Leadership & Management to take ownership of our growing CMI qualification programmes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape programme delivery, support learners to succeed, and play a key role in expanding our professional qualifications offering.

What you’ll be doing

Delivering high-quality teaching across CMI Level 3–7 Leadership & Management programmes
Planning and scheduling learner journeys (inductions, sessions and assessment timelines)
Marking assignments and providing meaningful, constructive feedback
Supporting learners throughout their qualification and responding to queries
Developing learning materials and assessment guidance aligned to CMI standards
Leading quality assurance activities including moderation and standardisation
Acting as a key contact for the CMI awarding body (ManagementDirect)

What we’re looking for

Experience delivering and assessing CMI or ILM Leadership & Management qualifications (Level 3–5 essential)
Strong understanding of awarding body requirements and quality processes
Experience using ManagementDirect or similar systems
Proven ability to support learners through to successful completion
Highly organised, with strong scheduling and time management skills
Confident delivering online or blended learning
