CMM Inspector 

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a CMM Inspector and Programmer to join a growing manufacturing business based in Lymington. This is a full time, permanent position. 

Responsibilities as a CMM Inspector & Programmer:

Mechanical inspection of parts using callipers, micrometres, digital height gauge, shadowgraph and other gauges

CMM programming 

Meet the requirements of the production schedule

Maintain documentation and records 

Maintain an effective equipment and tooling calibration system

Cleaning and packing of parts as needed 

Carrying out internal audits

Ensuring all CMM programmes are accurately done in accordance with drawing requirements 

Requirements for this position: 

Previous CMM experience

Competent in the use of precision measuring equipment

Competent In the use of interpretation of machined component manufacturing drawings 

Internal auditing knowledge to BSI standards

Ideally used Keyence, Rational Dimis or Mitutoyo software 

Confident Microsoft Excel user 

The CMM Inspector and Programmer Role: 

Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm 

An hour early finish on a Friday 

Starting salary of £38,000 - £40,000, negotiable depending on experience

26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
