Job Description

Create and edit CMM and 3D scanning measurement programmes using PC-DMIS and Zeiss Inspect software.
Set and operate CMM machines confidently
Measure components, tooling and fixtures, producing accurate inspection reports.
Support Manufacturing, Quality, Tooling and NPI teams with metrology and measurement activities.
Use measuring equipment, interpret engineering drawings and GD&T, and maintain metrology equipment and work areas.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience in metrology and quality within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use GD&T.
Experienced operating CMM machines
Able to use measurement tools such as Micrometers and Verniers
Knowledge of PC-DMIS
Strong attention to detail
