Job Title: CNC Grinder

Location: Leicestershire

Hourly Rate: £16.80 per hour

Shift:6AM - 2:30PM (Mon - Thurs) 6AM - 11:30AM (Fri)

The Company:

A well established precision engineering company within the aerospace industry.

The Candidate:

• Experience in the operation of RSS and Okuma Experience preferred or any external grinding experience.
• Experience of working within busy Manufacturing environment.
• Experience setting Grinding Machines.

The Role:

• To use gauges, micrometers, shadow graphs to ensure parts are conforming to the drawing.
• Self-certification of personal work.
• To prove out programs so they are in line with the correct timings in accordance with our manufacturing and quality standards.
• Keep all computer files and manual paperwork accurate and up to date at all times.
• Responsible for producing SPC charts and records.
• Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards.
• Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to, taking an active part in root cause analysis.
