Job Description - CNC Lathe Setter

My client is a well - known, respected company in the Steel industry in the Dudley area and we are offering a fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced CNC Lathe Setter.

Salary: £15 to £18 an hour dependent on experience
Working Hours: 7am to 4pm Monday to Thursday 7am to 12pm Friday

Duties for CNC Lathe Setter include:

Produce steel parts to a high quality
Change tips and parts for CNC Lathes
Read from basic engineering drawings
Set and Operate CNC Machines
Quality check parts produced
Work in a team environment

Experience required for CNC Setter:

Engineering / machine shop apprenticeship served or equivalent background preferred
3 plus years experience setting and operating CNC Machines
