Job Description - CNC Lathe Setter Operator

CNC Turner – Setter/Operator – Days – Permanent

Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking for a fresh challenge and long-term stability? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded engineering firm, known for producing precision components for a variety of sectors.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Setter/Operator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and operate CNC lathes to manufacture high-precision components
Read and interpret detailed technical and engineering drawings
Perform first-off inspections and quality checks throughout production
Work with various materials and to tight tolerances
Maintain efficient, accurate, and safe machining processes

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in CNC turning – setting and operating essential
Strong ability to read and work from engineering drawings
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable and proactive team player

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
8:00am – 4:30pm
Full-time, permanent position
