Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 Dependant on Experience and Qualifications

Shifts: Monday to Friday 16:00 - 00:00

Our client is a well-established manufacturer specialising in commercial vehicle lining systems, storage solutions and vehicle enhancement products. Due to continued business growth, they are introducing a dedicated evening production shift and are looking to recruit two experienced CNC Machine Operators to join their manufacturing team.

Additional hours may be required to support production demands and holiday cover.

The Role

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery used in the manufacture of commercial vehicle lining kits and bespoke products. You will play an important role in ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

* Set up and operate CNC machinery

* Load and unload materials safely

* Manufacture components to production schedules and specifications

* Monitor machine performance and product quality

* Carry out routine quality checks

* Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment

* Perform basic machine maintenance and daily housekeeping

* Work closely with colleagues to maximise production efficiency

Requirements

* Previous experience operating CNC machinery

* Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment

* Excellent attention to detail

* Good understanding of quality standards

* Reliable with a strong work ethic

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Desirable Skills

* Experience operating CNC routers

* Experience working with plywood, timber or sheet materials

* Forklift licence

* First Aid qualification

* Previous experience working evening or shift patterns
