Our client, based in Calne, Wiltshire, is seeking a skilled professional to set and operate CNC machines including milling and turning centres. Key responsibilities:

* Set / Operate CNC lathes and/or mills using any of the following; Fanuc, Heidenhain and HAAS controls

* Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy

* Conduct routine quality checks and maintain detailed records of production

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator with milling and turning skills

* Knowledge of setting and operating manual lathes and mills

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD designs

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Good communication skills and a team player attitude
