Are you a CNC Machinist or similar, with experience operating Sliding Head Machines or similar, looking for an exciting role in a tight-knit team, who work in a variety of exciting industries including the Nuclear and Aerospace sectors, currently going strength to strength and as a result, looking to employ another member to their skillful team?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a company who are specialists in their industry, working with state-of-the-art machinery for a range of exciting clients in sectors including but not limited to the Nuclear, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, and Pharmaceutical sectors, working on small batch, precision components.

In this role you will be responsible for Setting, Operating, and Programming Sliding Lathes, these will be Fanuc controlled Machines. You will also be responsible for creating bespoke components from Engineering drawings.

This role would suit a CNC Machinist or similar, with experienced operating Sliding Head Machines, looking for a role that gives exposure to an array of exciting industries, in a close-knit team, with the benefits of overtime earning potential, an annual bonus, achievable career progression and an early finish every Friday.

The Role

• Operating, Setting, and Programming Sliding Head Machines
• Creating small batch, specialist, precision components
• Programming machines using Fanuc controls

• CNC Machinist or similar, with experience operating Sliding Head Machines
• Commutable distance to Manchester
• Looking to work in a variety of exciting industries
