You will transition into a leadership role while still staying hands-on with CNC machinery. You'll receive training both in team management and on new machinery, with the autonomy to contribute your technical expertise in a high-quality, small-batch production environment.

This role suits a CNC Machinist / Programmer looking to progress into a Team Leader role.

The Role

• Start as Assistant Team Leader with progression to full Team Leader
• 60% team supervision and development, 40% hands-on CNC machining
• Programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery (small batch production)

• CNC Machinist (Grinder / Turner / Miller)
• Programming / setting and operating experience
• Looking to progress their career to Team Leader position
