Highly reputable Client, within the AEROSPACE / ENGINEERING industry, based in Middlesex, is currently seeking a CNC Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Description:

Working in the Machine Shop Department, the role is carry out maintenance and repair of all CNC machines and equipment to ensure down time is minimised and production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow Total Preventative Maintenance schedule for machines and equipment.
• Replacement of worn parts and wiring in accordance with machine manuals and specifications.
• Repair machines and equipment as needed.
• Bring in external Suppliers.
• Transport materials and finished parts and components to the required locations using the forklift truck and lifting equipment.

Requirements:

***ESSENTIAL***

• Certified IEE 18 Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Forklift license.
• Use of hand tools and testers.
• Experience working within manufacturing and with CNC machine tools typically 5 and 4 axis machining centres and CNC turning machines.
• Grade pass in GCSE’s (Mathematics and English).
