We are looking for an talented CNC Miller, Programmer Setter Operator to join this established precision sub-contracting engineering company. The role involves programming, setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Miller to support our clients growing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CNC milling and demonstrate expertise in utilising advanced machining techniques. Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines with a focus on optimal quality and efficiency.
• Utilise Fusion CAD/CAM software for the design and manufacturing process.
• Operate both Haas and Siemens controls effectively.
• Perform complex machining tasks on 5 Axis machines, ensuring precision and accuracy.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce components to exact specifications.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine inspections to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Continuously seek process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Collaborate with team members to problem-solve and innovate in the manufacturing process.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in programming and operating CNC milling machines.
• Proficiency in using Fusion CAD/CAM software.
• Competency with Haas and Siemens machine controls.
• Experience with 5 Axis machining is essential.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
