CNC Miller

Due to a continued growth we are recruiting a CNC Miller to join our leading client based near Warrington on a permanent basis. Successful candidates will be time served to ensure that jobs are manufactured in accordance with supplied technical drawings and specifications.

Candidates will be required to programme, set and operate a range of CNC Millers utilising Mazatrol controls. ( Candidates with experience using Fanuc will also be considered)

Candidate will have worked with a variety of materials including Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Plastics such as PTFE.

Hours – 40 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:00 and Friday 07:00 - 13:00.

Overtime paid at premium rates.

The Ideal candidates will have :

* Experience working within a machine shop environment machining components to fine tolerances

* The ability to programme, set and operate CNC Millers utilising Mazatrol controls

* The ability to read, understand and work to engineering drawings.

Candidate Skills

* Ideally Time-served with demonstrable experience programming and operating CNC Millers working to very tight tolerances.

* Experience Programming using Mazatrol controls - Experience with Fanuc will also be considered.

* Experience working with a range of materials including Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Plastics such as PTFE.
