Job Description - CNC Miller 48 hour nights

We are working with one of the largest international independent manufacturers of metallic aerospace detailed parts. Capabilities include Machining, Assembly, Inspection & Control, Integrated Logistics, Processing & Finishing, Sheet Metal & Fabrication, Speed Shop, Engineering. They are looking for a CNC Miller to add to the night shift team.

Monday - Thursday 18:00pm – 06:00am

CNC Miller (Nights)
Job Description

To produce precision components from drawings using CNC machines.
Produce accurate, high-quality components with maximum efficiency
Competently set and operate CNC machines
Work to tight tolerances and check your own work meets the required standard
To work on your own initiative and understand all aspects of the manufacturing process
Quality check all finished jobs
Clean and maintain CNC machine and all associated equipment and machine area.

CNC Miller (Nights)
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience Setting and Operating CNC Milling machines (at least 3 Axis)
Well-versed machining high precision metal components for highly regulated industries (aerospace, automotive, nuclear – high precision/tight tolerance machining)
High precision products/industries – ideally metals
Ability to pass a DBS check
