CNC Operator

Job Title: CNC Wood Machinist
Location: West Bromwich
Shift Pattern: 6am - 6pm, 4 on / 4 off (Days Only)
Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour

Our growing client based in the West Bromwich area is currently looking for a CNC Wood Machinist to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term role with a well-established manufacturer offering consistent shifts, competitive pay, and career development potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC wood machinery to produce quality wooden components.
• Monitor machine output and product quality.
• Carry out tool changes and basic machine maintenance.
• Work closely with team members to meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• CNC wood machining experience is essential.
• Basic CNC programming skills are preferred but not essential - training available.
• Valid FLT licence is advantageous but not required.
• Must be comfortable working 12-hour day shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota.
• Reliable, proactive, and a team player.
