About the Role
We are working in partnership with a well-established and successful machine shop to recruit an experienced CNC Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team committed to producing high-quality components in line with strict regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Set and operate horizontal and vertical CNC turning machinery.
Manufacture high-specification components to exacting tolerances for demanding applications.
Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Uphold exceptional standards of precision, quality, and cleanliness throughout all work.
Perform routine maintenance and support efficient machine utilisation.
Collaborate effectively within the team to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Skills Required

Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating CNC turning machines within a high-precision manufacturing environment.
Proficient in working to tight tolerances across a variety of materials.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a quality-driven approach.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
Solid mechanical knowledge, including use of hand tools and understanding of machining processes.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to consistently producing high-quality work.
