Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5pm | Friday, 7am - 4pm

The Company

An established, family-run business with over 40 years of experience in the fitted furniture industry is looking to recruit an experienced CNC Operator.

The company produces high-quality, bespoke products for the kitchen and bedroom markets and offers a friendly working environment where people are valued and encouraged to develop their skills.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery to produce bespoke components to detailed drawings and specifications.

CNC programming experience would be ideal but is not essential. Experience with Biesse Works software would also be advantageous.

Candidates should have previous CNC and manufacturing experience, be confident reading drawings, plans and CAD, and have experience setting up and calibrating tools. A joinery background would be beneficial, along with experience using hand and power tools.

The role requires good attention to detail, reliability, good communication skills and the ability to work at pace while maintaining quality standards.

The Package

The position offers £16.00 - £18.00 per hour, depending on experience, with overtime available at 1.5x the standard rate.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5pm, and Friday, 7am - 4pm. Full training is provided, with weekly pay, free on-site parking, company pension, canteen, employee discount and company events.
