Job description:

CNC Setter / Operator

Temp to Perm | Immediate Start | 37-Hour Week

We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to join a leading precision engineering manufacturer.

Duties:

* Set and operate CNC machines (Fanuc, Mazak/Mazatrol and Citizen/Mitsubishi controls)

* Read and interpret engineering drawings

* Set tooling and fixtures

* Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment

* Complete quality documentation

* Maintain high standards of quality and housekeeping

Requirements:

* 3-5 years' CNC setting and operating experience

* Experience with Fanuc, Mazatrol and Mitsubishi controls

* Ability to read engineering drawings

* Good attention to detail

* Quality-focused and reliable

Desirable:

* Lean Manufacturing / 5S knowledge

* Background in precision engineering
