CNC Press Brake/Engineering Team Leader

Doncaster | c. £15.75 per hour or c. £32,760 per annum + Overtime

4-Day Working Week | Monday to Thursday Only

An excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator with leadership experience to join a growing automotive body-building and repair business in Doncaster. Working alongside a range of skilled trades, you'll support production activities while leading a small engineering team.

The CNC Press Brake/Engineering Team Leader will be responsible for:

Leading a multi skilled team in the hands on manufacture of racking and other installations.

You will operate CNC press brake and punching machinery to a high standard, in line with engineering drawings and customer requirements.

As team leader, you will support and motivate your colleagues in all activities including those to support other departments such as loading and unloading deliveries and dispatches, as well as other general labouring duties expected within an engineering workshop.

The successful CNC Press Brake/Engineering Team Leader will have:

Excellent experience of operating the CNC press brake and bending machine ‘Trump Tru Bend’.

Experience of leading an engineering team.

An FLT license is preferred for this role.

Salary: Depending on experience, c. £15.75 per hour or c. £32,760 per annum, plus overtime.

4-Day Working Week | Monday to Thursday Only

Working Hours: 6:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday.

Overtime: Available at 1.3x basic rate after 40 hours.

Holiday Entitlement: Equivalent to 28 days per year.
