Our exclusive client NMB Minebea UK , part of the MinebeaMitsumi Group , is a world-class manufacturer supplying precision-engineered, mission-critical components to the aerospace, automotive, medical and industrial sectors worldwide. Renowned for their quality, process discipline and technical excellence, NMB Minebea continues to invest in people, equipment and continuous improvement. This role is based at their Lincoln manufacturing site and plays a key part in ensuring CNC milling and turning processes are safe, stable, efficient and capable of producing consistently high-quality components. The Role As Process Technician – Milling & Turning, you will support and optimise CNC machining processes, working closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to drive performance, reduce waste and ensure repeatable manufacturing standards.
