CNC Programmer responsibilities include -

• Program CNC machines and robots for efficient and accurate operations.
• Monitor production to meet daily targets and maintain high-quality output.
• Optimise cutting paths and machine settings to improve performance.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with machines or robots.
• Implement Lean practices, including 5S and TPM, to support continuous improvement.
• Train new employees and interpret technical drawings for accurate setup and execution.

CNC Programmer desirable skills and experience -

• Experience working within a similar role - Milling machines.
• Experience CNC programming (offline).
• Confident with modern-day manufacturing technology.
• Time served, or a manufacturing/mechanical engineering education.
