We're on the lookout for a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team in Fareham. If you've got hands-on experience with Mazak lathes and are looking for a role that offers flexibility, strong pay, and a positive work environment-this could be the perfect fit.

?? Your Responsibilities:
- Program, set, and operate Mazak lathes using Mazatrol controls
- Work from technical drawings to produce precision components
- Collaborate with the wider team to meet production goals
- Carry out routine checks to keep machines running smoothly

? We're Looking For:
- Solid background in programming Mazak lathes
- Confident using Mazatrol and working to tight tolerances
- Comfortable reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- A reliable and detail-focused approach to machining
