CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator – Milling

?? Egham | Aerospace Industry | Full-Time | Permanent

An exciting opportunity has opened up at a leading aerospace manufacturer (client anonymised) based in Egham. If you're a skilled CNC professional looking to take your career to the next level, this could be the perfect fit!

?? Role Highlights:

• Program, set, and operate 3, 4 & 5 Axis CNC Milling machines (Fanuc & Sinumerik)
• Offline programming using EDGECAM
• Produce first-off components and setup documentation
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
• Drive continuous improvement in machining processes

?? Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)

?? Working Hours: 39 hours/week

• Mon–Thurs: 08:00–17:00 (30 mins lunch)
• Fri: 08:00–13:00 (no lunch)

? What You’ll Need:

• Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent
• Experience in CNC programming, setting & operating (Aerospace preferred)
• Proficiency in EDGECAM, Fanuc & Sinumerik controls
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
