CNC Miller – Day Shift | Redditch | Permanent Position

We are currently working with a well-established precision engineering firm based in Redditch that is looking to expand its day shift team with the addition of a skilled CNC Miller.

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines (vertical and horizontal)
• Working with Fanuc controls
• Creating and editing programs using Esprit CADCAM or similar software
• Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the production process

• Proficient in Esprit CADCAM or equivalent software
• Strong understanding of Fanuc programming language
• Demonstrated experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC machines
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
