Role: CNC Programmer / Operator
Location: Coventry
Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30; Friday 07:30 - 12:30
Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour + attractive overtime rates
Contract Type: Permanent

Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting a skilled CNC Programmer / Operator (Turner or Miller) to join a growing, reputable engineering company based in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to grow within a supportive and dynamic team.

CNC Programmer / Operator Key Responsibilities:

• Programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines (Turning or Milling).
• Using Fanuc controls (essential).
• Programming with Edgecam software (preferred).
• Performing in-process quality checks using standard measuring equipment.
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and finish.

CNC Programmer / Operator Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in CNC Turning or CNC Milling.
• Proficient with Fanuc controls.
• Familiar with Edgecam programming software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to details and quality.
• Flexibility with overtime.
