This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CNC Setter Operator with experience of Mazac / Mazatrol or Fanuc to work for a well-established engineering company based in Grantham,

Due to the ongoing success and growth of the company, they are seeking an experienced CNC Setter Operator to work in a long-term stable role with a great work–life balance, and an early finish on Fridays.

Job role for CNC Setter Operator:

* Setting and operating CNC machines, with a strong preference for experience on Mazak machines using Mazatrol controls.

* Producing precision components to tight tolerances

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

* Carrying out tool changes, offsets, and basic program edits

* Ensuring quality standards are met through self-inspection.

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing or engineering environment

* Experience with Mazak / Mazatrol / Fanuc controls (essential or highly desirable)

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Knowledge of health and safety procedures within a machine shop
