CNC Setter Operator - Mill-Turn

* Circa £42,000-£45,000 / £21-£23 per hour (Depending on shift)

* Flexibilty wiht hours and days of work- 4 day week, permenant 6am-2pm shift OR Permanent Day shift

We are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Mill-Turn Setter/Operator. This is a great opportunity to join an established precision engineering manufacturer with a longstanding reputation for producing high-quality engineered components. There is flexibility around the working pattern, with the opportunity to discuss either 4 day week, permenant 6am-2pm shift OR Permanent Day shift

CNC Setter Operator The Role

* Set and operate CNC Mill-Turn machinery.

* Work with FANUC controls.

* Manufacture precision components to engineering drawings and tight tolerances.

* Set and prove out new jobs and edit programmes where required.

* Work predominantly on established repeat production alongside new components.

* Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and productivity.

* Edit/ Programme parts when required of if neccesary (programming knowledge is advantageous not essential)

CNC Setter Operator What We’re Looking For

* Previous CNC Mill-Turn experience is essential.

* Strong setting and operating experience.

* CNC programming experience advantageous not essential

* FANUC experience would be advantageous

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

* Experience within precision engineering/manufacturing.

* CAD/CAM experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential.

* A strong Mill-Turn Setter/Operator may also be considered where they have the technical ability to develop further.

CNC Setter Operator Salary, Hours & Benefits

* Circa £42,000-£45,000 / £21-£23 per hour (Depending on shift)

* Flexibility for days or rotating earlies/lates

* Occasional overtime opportunities.
