CNC Setter / Operator / Programmer

Location: DY2, Dudley
Pay: £18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:15pm, Friday 8:00am–3:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Job Type: Permanent / Full-time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator / Programmer to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based in the DY2 area of Dudley.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong CNC experience who is confident with setting, operating and programming machinery and is looking for a long-term position.

Key Responsibilities:

* Setting and operating CNC machinery

* Programming and making machine adjustments

* Reading and working from engineering drawings

* Selecting and setting tooling

* Inspecting finished components to ensure they meet required specifications

* Working to tight tolerances and maintaining high-quality standards

* Carrying out basic machine adjustments and fault finding

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience as a CNC Setter / Operator / Programmer

* Able to read and understand engineering drawings

* Confident with CNC programming and machine setting

* Good knowledge of tooling and machining processes

* Experienced in using measuring and inspection equipment

* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

* Engineering/manufacturing background preferred
