We are thrilled to announce we are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Four Marks, Hampshire, a fantastic opportunity for a permanent position as a CNC setter/operator with a thriving global manufacturing company.

The Role:
As a CNC setter/operator, your primary responsibility will involve setting and operating various CNC machines, with an initial focus on CNC Lathes. Additional duties include, but are not limited to:
- Inspecting your own work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Reading technical drawings
- De-burring
- Linishing
- Wire brushing
- Manual turning/milling
- Receiving goods-in (involving heavy lifting)

The Ideal Candidate:
While experience in setting and operating CNC machines is advantageous, it is not essential as full training will be provided. We are seeking individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and possess a keen attention to detail. A genuine interest in engineering and a willingness to learn are also key qualities we are looking for. The ability to work effectively as part of a small manufacturing team, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace, is essential.

Work Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 4.30pm
30-minute lunch break & 2 x 15-minute tea breaks
