Job Title: CNC Setter/Operator

Location: Cheltenham

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

As a CNC Setter/Operator, you will:

• Operate CNC laith and milling machines (3/4/5 axis)
• Turn and mill aerospace components with precision
• Work confidently to engineering drawings and tight tolerances
• Ensure quality and consistency in all produced components

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Proven experience operating CNC laith and milling machines
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings
• A reliable and motivated attitude with a desire for permanent employment
