CNC Team Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated CNC Team Leader to oversee our late shift operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CNC setting and programming, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce parts to specified tolerances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC machinery and processes.
• Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production output, and quality control.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in CNC setting and programming.
• Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with OneCNC software is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
