CNC Team Leader - Wickford

Job Title : Late Shift CNC Team Leader
Location: Wickford
Hours : Monday To Friday, 14:00PM - 22:15PM
Salary: £17.50 to £20 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce parts to specified tolerances.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC machinery and processes.
Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production output, and quality control.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in CNC setting and programming.
Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with OneCNC software is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
