Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: Up to £45,000 (based on a 39.5-hour week)
Shift: Mon to Thu > (4:00pm-11:30pm) Fri > (12:30pm-10:00pm)

What You’ll Be Doing
As a CNC Turner/Setter, you’ll play a key role in producing high-specification, small-to-medium batch components for aerospace clients. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly impact quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and operate CNC Turning machines (Fanuc controls) to tight aerospace tolerances
Work with premium materials: Stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel, Aluminium, Nylon
Accurately record job timings in the ERP system
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization (6S)
Contribute to continuous improvement initiativesWhat We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in CNC Turning within aerospace or other high-precision sectors
Skilled in setting and operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls
Comfortable working to tight tolerances
Apprenticeship trained or qualified by experience
CAD/CAM familiarity is a plus, but not essentialWhat You’ll Get:
