A well-established and growing precision engineering company in Poole is looking for an experienced CNC Turner - Programmer, Setter & Operator to join its skilled machining team.

Working in a modern, recently refurbished facility, you'll produce high-quality precision components for a wide range of industries using Fanuc-controlled multi-axis CNC lathes.

CNC Turner - Responsibilities:

Programming, setting and operating CNC multi-axis lathes using Fanuc & Manual Guide
Manufacturing precision components from prototypes through to medium batch productionCNC Turner - What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a subcontract precision engineering environment
Strong programming experience using Fanuc & Manual Guide
Experience operating CNC lathes with bar feed systems
The ability to independently set and reset machines throughout the day
Excellent attention to detailCNC Turner - Salary & Benefits:

Up to £43,000 depending on experience
Overtime available
Profit-related annual bonus
Salary review after 3 months based on performance
Annual salary reviews thereafter
£1,000 retention bonus after successfully completing 3 months
32 days annual leave including bank holidaysTJENG
