**please note that there are two different shifts and pay, as highlighted below**

CNC Turner / CNC Machinist Pay, Hours and Benefits

* £32,030 salary - is for Days Only Shift: 38 hours per week, Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:15pm, with a 12:30pm finish on Friday’s

* £42,998 salary - is for Twilight Only Shift: 38 hours per week, Monday to Thursday: 4:00pm – 12:00am, 12:00pm – 6:00pm on Friday’s

* 32 days holiday’s including bank holidays

* Other Benefits include: Above average company pension contribution, Life insurance, On site Gym, Secured Parking

The CNC Turner / CNC Machinist Position is Commutable From: Accrington, Blackburn, Burnley, Chorley, Bury, Rochdale

CNC Turner / CNC Machinist Candidate Requirements

* MUST be time served and/or hold an equivalent engineering qualification.

* Strong CNC machining experience, ideally with CNC turning, multi-axis, twin-spindle/twin-turret or driven-tooling machines.

* Experience with Fanuc, Okuma and/or Mazak controls, including setting, operation and adjustment of offsets.

* Experience machining stainless steel to tight tolerances; milling experience would be advantageous.

* Methodical, quality-focused and reliable, with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, initiative and a commitment to Right First Time, teamwork and continuous improvement.

CNC Turner / CNC Machinist Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

* Set tools, load materials and adjust tool and fixture offsets to achieve accurate, consistent production.

* Read and interpret engineering drawings, quality plans and work instructions.

* Inspect finished components using a range of precision measuring equipment and complete quality documentation.

* Maintain a safe, clean and efficient working environment, contributing to 5S, Lean and continuous improvement.
