Friday's off!!
Full-Time, Permanent

Are you a skilled CNC Turner with experience programming in Mazatrol? Would you like to work a 4-day week and still earn a competitive wage?

A highly respected and long-established precision engineering company in Birmingham is looking for a CNC Turner to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a steady flow of varied components, and wants more work/life balance with Fridays off every week.

Job Overview

Programming, setting, and operating Mazak CNC lathes using Mazatrol controls
Producing precision-turned components for industries such as automotive, aerospace, packaging, and general engineering
Working from technical drawings to machine to tight tolerances
Contributing to a clean, well-run, ISO-accredited workshop environment

What We're Looking For:

Strong background in CNC turning (essential)
Confident programming with Mazatrol
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
Milling experience is a bonus, but turning is the priority
A proactive, team-focused approach with a high standard of workmanship

Benefits

£17.00 - £20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Fridays off every week

Hours:

Monday to Wednesday: 6:00am - 4:00pm
Thursday: 6:00am - 3:00pm
