CNC Turner – Night Shift

South Kirkby | £18.60–£21.00 per hour (inc. 20% night shift uplift) | Permanent | Nights

A globally recognised business in South Kirkby that designs and builds bespoke staging, set pieces, and stage machinery for the live entertainment industry is looking for a CNC Turner for its night shift. You'll be producing precision components for major tours, concerts, and live events worldwide - interesting and varied work.

What you'll be doing:

Setting and operating CNC Turning machines

Programming at the machine where applicable

Producing precision components to tight tolerances for bespoke entertainment projects

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

Carrying out in-process inspection to maintain quality standards

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

What you need:

Proven experience setting and operating CNC Turning machines

Ability to work from engineering drawings

Fanuc controls preferred – other controls considered

Fusion 360 knowledge beneficial

Comfortable working nights independently

£18.60–£21.00 per hour (£15.50–£17.50 base + 20% night shift uplift)

Nights: 20:00–06:00 Monday to Thursday
