Role Overview: Working within a clean, modern facility, you’ll be responsible for setting and operating CNC lathes to produce components to precise specifications. You will work from detailed technical drawings, ensuring quality and accuracy on every job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and run CNC turning machines (Fanuc control systems preferred)
• Follow technical engineering drawings and specifications
• Conduct precise measurements using verniers, micrometers, and gauges
• Meet production standards and deadlines
• Maintain safe working practices and assist with process improvements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experienced CNC Turner with proven setting capability
• Familiar with precision components (ideally within gear or gauge manufacturing)
• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and tolerance requirements
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality output
• Able to work independently and support team goals
