CNC/Manual Grinder

Shorterm Group are currently working with an international aerospace component manufacturing company who are looking to employ multiple CNC/Manual Grinder for their site based in Wolverhampton on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Role duties:
Operate CNC Grinding machines
Operate manual grinding machines
Read engineering drawings
Complete first off inspections

Requirements:
Ability to competently operate grinding machines
Ability to perform first off inspections with manual inspection tools.
Work to tight tolerances reading from engineering drawings.
Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification e.g. HNC or NVQ level 3 in engineering/manufacturing/machining

Role details:
Shift: Double days
37 hrs per week
Week 1: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:15pm and Friday 7:30am to 11:30am.
Week 2: Monday - Thursday 14:00 - 22:00 and Friday 11:00 - 16:00
Shift uplift for double days
Location: Wolverhampton
12 Month fixed term contract
