Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC and manual grinding machines to produce components to tight tolerances.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure precise manufacturing.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on grinding equipment.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure all products meet stringent quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production and quality control activities.

Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report on production activities.
- Knowledge/Expertise: Proven experience in CNC and manual grinding, with a deep understanding of grinding tools and techniques.
