Your Role:

As the

Cocktail Bar Manager

at Tavola, you will lead our bar team, curate an exceptional cocktail menu, and ensure our guests enjoy an unparalleled bar experience. Your expertise and passion for mixology will be at the forefront of our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bar operations , ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Create and innovate

cocktail menus, introducing new and exciting drinks.
Lead and train

bar staff, fostering a cohesive and motivated team.
Manage inventory

and stock levels, coordinating with suppliers to ensure availability of high-quality ingredients.
Ensure compliance

with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
Deliver outstanding customer service , addressing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with the management team

to plan events and promotions.
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience

as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-end bar or restaurant.
Exceptional knowledge of

mixology

and cocktail creation.
Strong

leadership and communication skills

with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Ability to

work under pressure

and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and innovation
